About Dr. Cooper

Dr. Tim Cooper is a graduate of the prestigious University of Iowa Dental School, having received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1980. Shortly after graduation he opened a practice in Iowa where he practiced for over 20 years.
After deciding to relocate to a warmer climate Dr. Cooper and his wife Marcia moved to Scottsdale where he now continues to deliver cosmetic and family dental care at Belmont Dental. An outgoing and genuinely friendly person, Dr. Cooper loves to help people have beautiful smiles and building the relationships that create friends.

Throughout his career in dentistry he has stayed on the leading edge of dentistry by regularly taking continuing education including at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, the Pankey Institute of post-graduate education, the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry and the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. His dental practice was also the cover story of Patterson Today Dental Magazine which spotlighted it as one of the leading technology practices in the United States. He is a member of:

Dr. Cooper and his wife Marcia are the proud parents of 3 children and in his spare time he enjoys hiking the trails of Arizona, reading and tennis.

He enjoys being involved in the community, having served as a board member of the Iowa Academy of General Dentistry, President of the Lions Club, Chairman of the Delaware Country Economic Development Board, Board of Directors of First State Bank, Past President of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry Alumni Association and former President of the Delaware County Dental Association.
